Playing together

Well it took 1 year and 2 days, but the kids now play together without the help of mom & dad. This is really fun to watch and it's a proud moment for Christy & me. Carmen is now at the age where she can give and take toys, and this level of activity is enough to keep Nate interested. It's a kick to watch these two little people interact with each other all on their own.

We had a combined birthday for Nathan, Carmen, Lydia, Vivienne, and Bernd yesterday at my Mom's house. Here's a great shot of the whole gang.

Trip to Nebraska

We're in Fremont, Nebraska visiting Christy's folks. The kids are having a great time hanging out with the grandparents and doing fun activities. Here's Nate on the plane.
